Reta
Licensed Massage Therapist
Reta started working with us in March 2022! She came to us also with 20+ years of experience and does it ever show in the compliments we receive about her! We feel extremely blessed to have her on the team!

D'Nisha
Licensed Massage Therapist
D'Nisha started working with us in March 2023. She is newer to the profession, having received her license in 2017, but has great technique and a super friendly and welcoming presence. The patients love her and we are grateful to have her on staff. Call and request an appointment with D'Nisha today!
Emily
Front Desk Receptionist/Scheduling & Insurance Billing Assistant
Emily started out working with us in April of 2021 in our back office at our scheduling desk. In June of 2022 she transitioned to our front desk as one of our receptionists and is doing a fabulous job there as well as continuing to help in the insurance department and on the phones occasionally. She is a joy to have on the team! When you get a chance to meet Emily, you'll see and hear the positivity & sincerity that she radiates!
Sherrie
Office Manager/Front Desk/ Insurance Billing/Scheduling
Sherrie is one of our full time staff members. She joined our team in September of 2021 but has been a patient of Dr. Vargo's for many years. She fills several roles in the office. She is front desk receptionists in the mornings as well as Head of insurance billing in the afternoons and Office manager all day. You have heard Sherrie's voice at one time or another if you have called the office. She will make you feel right at home when you meet her at the front desk or if you call with questions or to make appointments. Sherrie is also one of the staff members who may go over your insurance coverage or payment options on your second visit. She has been a blessing to have in the office and we are thankful to have her as part of our team!
Michaela
Front Desk Receptionist/Insurance Billing & Scheduling
Michaela is one of our full time staff members who fills many roles in the office. She was hired in October of 2021 as a part-time insurance billing assistant. She has since worked in our therapy department and most recently joined the front desk receptionist team as well as continuing to help in the Billing/Scheduling department. Michaela has a gentle & kind personality. She fits in well with our staff and loves working with the patients. You will definitely feel cared for when you get a chance to meet her. We are thankful and blessed to have Michaela on the team!
Marcie
Business Manager
Marcie is our business manager. She was previously office manager & insurance billing specialist from 2021- 2025. She has been working either in the office or remotely for the last 25 years originally starting out as the front desk receptionists when the office first opened up in 1996 and has worked in that roll at different times throughout the years. She currently works in accounting/payroll and general business management.
Sandy
Scheduling/Insurance Billing Assistant
Sandy started with us July of 2022. She is one of our part-time Scheduling/Insurance Billing assistants, and she also fills in at the front desk from time to time. We are very thankful to have her on board! She is one of the first voices you will hear when you call the office in the mornings and her kind voice and personality will greet you with a smile, if that's possible, over the phone.
Michele
Front Desk Receptionist /Passive Therapy Assistant
Michele joined our team in August of 2023. She will be working at the front desk and in our passive therapy bay. She has a very caring and compassionate nature and will be sure to make you feel right at home. We are grateful to have her working with us.
Briona
Scheduling/ Insurance Billing Assistant
Briona joined our team in July of 2024. She recently moved to our back desk Insurance department where she answers the phone, schedules appointments, assists with the Insurance billing and much more. She was previously one of our passive therapy assistants, and will still occasionally fill in for therapy and at the front desk from time to time. Briona will make you feel right at home with her caring nature when you call or visit our office. We are blessed to have her as part of the team!!
Ellie
Passive Therapy Assistant
Ellie started working with in May of 2025. She is a sweet and caring person who does a wonderful job taking care of our patients in the passive therapy department. We are blessed to have her on our team!
Baylee
Bookkeeping Assistant / Fill in Front Desk
Baylee has worked for us off and on since the summer of 2017. She is currently one of our substitute fill-ins for any position except Chiropractor and massage therapist, lol ! She has worked at our front desk and in the insurance department helping with billing and answering phones over the years and currently helps with remote bookkeeping. When she first started working in 2017, she helped as one of our therapy assistants. She is smart, has a positve attitude and loves working with the patients! We are blessed to have her on the team stil.
